Welcome to Zonaku! This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of services provided by PT Zonaku Teknologi Digital, including but not limited to the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solutions we offer. By accessing or using our services, you ("User") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are not permitted to use our services. - Definitions
- Services: The services provided by Zonaku, including but not limited to the development and provision of SaaS software tailored to users' needs.
- User: An individual or entity that uses Zonaku's services after registering and accepting these terms and conditions.
- User Account: An account registered by the User that allows access to the services and the use of available software.
- Software: Software products provided by Zonaku, including the e-commerce application ("Ecommerce App") and the school application ("Zekolah").
- Subscription: A periodic payment for access to software services, available as a monthly or annual subscription model.
- Usage License: A one-time payment license allowing the use of the software for a specified period, as long as no policy violations occur.
- Usage and Modification License: A broader license that permits users to not only use the software but also modify it according to their needs.
- Services We Offer
- SaaS Services: Zonaku provides customized SaaS software solutions to meet users' needs, including but not limited to:
- Ecommerce App: A platform for building e-commerce applications.
- Zekolah: A platform for building school management applications.
- Service Access: Users can use a single account to order various software services from us. Each ordered software will be provided with separate access.
- Payment Models:
- Monthly Subscription: Payment is made every 30 days.
- One-Time Payment (Usage License): A single payment grants a usage license for the software as long as no policy violations occur.
- One-Time Payment (Usage and Modification License): A single payment grants the right to modify the software.
- Reselling Restriction: Users are not allowed to resell licensed software.
- Software Integration: Users are permitted to integrate different software products offered by Zonaku without limitations.
- SaaS Services: Zonaku provides customized SaaS software solutions to meet users' needs, including but not limited to:
- Account Registration and Management
- Account Registration: Users must register an account and provide accurate information, such as full name, phone number, and a valid email address.
- Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and login information. Users are also accountable for all activities conducted through their account.
- Policy Violations: If a User violates the usage policy, we reserve the right to suspend or disable the account without prior notice.
- Pricing and Payments
- Service Fees: All Zonaku services are paid services. Prices may vary depending on the payment model chosen by the User.
- Payment Methods: Users can make payments via direct bank transfer or through third-party affiliated payment providers.
- Refund Policy: Zonaku offers refunds if the ordered service cannot be delivered as described in the product description.
- Use of Services
- Permitted Use: Users are allowed to order software, request modifications to ordered software, and renew subscriptions.
- Prohibited Use:
- Engaging in illegal activities or actions that violate the law.
- Using the service for hacking or any activity that harms third parties.
- Piracy or unauthorized modification of the software.
- Data and Privacy
- Data Collection: Zonaku collects data provided by Users during account registration, including name, email, and phone number, for verification and service provision.
- Data Usage: The collected data is solely used for internal purposes, such as service provision and improvement, as well as user verification. Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by authorities or to comply with legal obligations.
- Issues and Liability
- Maintenance and Downtime: Zonaku is committed to providing high service availability. In case of disruptions or downtime, we will resolve the issue within a maximum of 24 hours (on business days). If the issue is not resolved within this timeframe, customers are entitled to an extension of service equivalent to twice the downtime duration.
- Liability: Zonaku is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the software. However, Zonaku is responsible for fixing technical issues or bugs that occur during an active subscription period or warranty period (for one-time purchases). This includes service restoration or issue resolution for system-related problems. Users are encouraged to conduct independent testing to ensure the application is secure and meets their requirements.
- Service Termination
- Account Termination: Zonaku reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account if they violate usage policies or engage in harmful activities.
- User Data: Even if an account is terminated, User data will remain stored in Zonaku’s system for administrative or future reference purposes.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Zonaku may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Users will be notified via email if significant changes occur. However, each customer is responsible for reviewing and re-reading the terms and conditions before making a purchase.
