1. How do I order a service on Zonaku?
You can order a service via the Service ManagerOrder Service page. Select the service you want and follow the provided steps.

2. Can I order multiple services at once?
Yes, you can order multiple services, but each service has its own order form and payment process.

3. How will I know if my order is successful?
Once your order and payment are complete, the service status will appear in My Services, and you'll receive a system notification.

4. What happens if I haven’t completed the payment?
Your order will be marked as Waiting for Payment and will not be processed until the payment is confirmed.

5. Can I cancel an order?
Order cancellations depend on the service type and the order stage. Please contact support for details regarding cancellations.
