My Services

  1. Viewing the Service List
    1. Log in to your Zonaku account.
    2. In the left navigation menu, click "My Services" under the Service Manager section.
    3. A list of your services will be displayed, showing details such as service name, status, creation date, and expiration date.
  2. Searching for a Service
    1. Go to the "My Services" page.
    2. Use the "Search Service" field or "Filter" option at the top of the service list.
    3. Type the service name or relevant keywords.
    4. The search results will be displayed based on the keywords entered.
  3. Viewing Service Details
    1. Locate the service you want to view in the service list.
    2. Click the "Actions" button on the right side of the selected service.
    3. Select "Details".
    4. You will be redirected to the service details page, which contains information such as the service code, status, admin panel URL, deployment details, and more.
  4. Changing Service Status to Maintenance
    1. Open the service details page of the service you want to switch to maintenance mode.
    2. Navigate to the "Actions" tab.
    3. In the Service Status section, click "Set to Maintenance".
    4. Confirm the status change to maintenance mode.
  5. Temporarily Stopping a Service
    1. Open the service details page.
    2. Go to the "Actions" tab.
    3. In the Service Status section, click "Stop".
    4. Confirm the service suspension. The service status will change to Stopped.
  6. Extending a Service
    1. Open the service details page of the service you want to renew.
    2. Go to the "Actions" tab.
    3. Click "Extend".
    4. Follow the given instructions to complete the renewal process.
  7. Updating Service Configuration
    1. Open the service details page.
    2. In the Main Service section, find the "Customize" option.
    3. Click "Customize" to edit the service title, logo, and content.
    4. Save the changes after completing the configuration.
