Service Extend Log

The Extension Log page shows the history of service renewal activities—whether it’s a new activation, an extension, or an expired service—complete with duration, timestamps, and transaction notes.

📋 Viewing the Extension Log List

1. Go to Service Manager → Extension Log
2. The log list will display the following information:
   • Created At
   • User Service
   • Type (New, Extension, Expire)
   • Extended Days
   • From – To (Service Period)
   • Notes (such as transaction codes or status)
3. Use the search bar to filter logs by service name or other details

🎯 Viewing Logs for a Specific Service

1. Go to Service Manager → My Services
2. Select the service for which you want to view renewal history
3. Open the Extension Log tab on the service detail page
4. Only the logs related to the selected service will be shown
